Business Analyst (Govt, Up to $4,000) | J39992

Working hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
Location: One north / Jurong West
Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Provide manpower projections on a monthly basis to relevant stakeholders
- Consolidate manpower allocation from project leads and timely updates in SAP
- Provide advice on manpower expenditures for grant management
- Oversee and consolidate monthly/ quarterly Headcount reconciliation and run ad hoc reports required for manpower budgeting
- Check and quarterly submission of fund requisitions
- Ensure reconciliation of financial accounts with fund requisitions
- Do billing and charging of services provided
- Maintain and update employee records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Possesses Diploma in Business Administrative/Finance/Accountancy
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in administrative/finance activities
- Proficient in MS excel and SAP
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
