- Salary up to $2300

- Provide general administration support where applicable.
- Handle customer’s enquires, including resolving issues and customers feedback
- Liaise with internal staff and external parties through phone calls and emails.Prepare & Generate weekly and monthly service report.
- To attend walk in, call-in or email enquiry on products.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Handle customer’s enquires, including resolving issues and customer feedbacks.
- Liaise with suppliers and authority officers on products matters.
- Prepare and generate daily/ monthly service reports.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries over the phone
- Good follow up with customer feedback
- Update data into the system
- Admin duties
- Possess at least ‘O’,‘N’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year working experience in related environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications & ERP system.
- Call-centre /customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills & telephone techniques.
- Good spoken & written in English & Mandarin (liaise with Chinese customers).
