Tanglin Trust School Ltd Sg Permanent

Tanglin Trust School seeks to appoint a Head Coach (Swimming) to assist the Director of Swimming in the successful delivery and future development of the Swimming programme. 

The role reports to the Director of Swimming. 

Requirements:

 

  • A qualified competitive swimming coach – ASA Level 2 / ASCTA Silver / or equivalent, with at least 3 years coaching or teaching experience.
  • Demonstrates positive impact on development and performance.
  • Experience of coaching in a school setting highly desirable.
  • Confident and self-motivated – able to lead coaching sessions independently and to mentor assistant coaches.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to communicate clearly with coaching staff, students and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience organising and managing swim meets and events.
  • A team player, able to work alongside colleagues and in support of the Director of Swimming.

This is a full-time role (44 hours per week over 6 days Monday to Saturday) with 30 days leave entitlement.
