Executive (Learning & Development)

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer in-house / external training matters such as publication of course offerings, course registrations, payments, booking of training resources etc.
  • Administer E-Learning modules on the Board’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide consultancy on L&D policies and processes
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for training sessions for CPFB Academy
  • Provide administrative & logistical support for the Board’s Induction Programme
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other operational matters

Our Requirements

  • Possess positive attitude and has initiative
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player who is also able to work independently to complete assigned tasks or projects efficiently and effectively
  • Resourceful, responsible and meticulous
  • Proficiency in data analysis/excel is a plus

All new appointees will be appointed on contract in the first instance.
