Lead/ Senior Lead, Partnership Ecosystem, Customer Experience & Marketing (Cx&M)

About EDB’s Partnerships Team

EDB’s Partnerships team work with partners (private companies, associations, government agencies) across Singapore to help ensure that current and potential investors have a great Singapore business experience.

We are constantly identifying potential new partners within each ecosystem we explore, and meeting them to understand how we can collaborate.



  • Support Head, Partnerships in the development of overall Partnerships strategy, including presenting plans to internal/external stakeholders.  
  • Systematically identify and evaluate partners for EDB to work with as well as support negotiations and closing sustainable, win-win deals with partners. 
  • Manage our partner communities (e.g. Tech, Professional Services), including maintaining communications with our partners and identifying ways for us to improve internal partnership management processes.
  • Work on the development of our digital products – this would include working with our Customer Experience team to test/refine products, and with our vendor to prioritize and implement new features
  • Work cross-functionally with our Customer Experience, Digital, and Investment Facilitation teams to create new products (leveraging Partners) which help us address unmet customer needs related to investing in Singapore, and/or to improve the overall customer experience.



  • 2+ years of experience in partner or client engagement.
  • Prior work in a Partnerships role, including work in partner engagement, negotiation, contracting, and community management. In particular, any work in a role involving scaled onboarding of new partners, would be a plus.
  • An understanding of, or experience working with professional services companies, events companies, or trade/industry associations. 
  • Experience in vendor management and basic knowledge of web development, would be a plus.
