JOB DESCRIPTION:

To check and key the customer indent orders in the system
To check supplier invoices against Purchase Order and highlight any discrepancies to the purchasers
To arrive 2 days a week by 7 am on perishable arrival days to generate invoices for indent orders and to facilitate immediate distribution to restaurants/hotels
To work closely with inventory admin and logistics to ensure smooth flow of goods deliveries to customers
Fulfill general office duties which include filing, telephone answering and taking messages
Any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Administrative skills, ERP Software, Microsoft Office Excel
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
Required to work on alternate Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm
