Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in general HR and administrative matters
  • Maintain HR documentation and records
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in posting of job advertisements and initial screening of resumes
  • Support in onboarding of new employees, issuance of staff pass and access cards
  • Assist in other general office maintenance work (liaise with contractors, ordering of stationeries etc.)

Key Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR / office management related work
  • Good proficiency in English Language
  • Ability to start within a short notice
  • SIngapore Citizens only
