Duties

• Responsible for daily operation of organization.

• Handle telephone calls and correspondences from customers.

• Disseminate information both internally and to the targeted group of customers/prospects.

• Filing and other routine administrative tasks as assigned.

• Managing the purchase of all materials and office supplies.

• Handles billing administration and payment collection

• Perform reception duties

• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the centre

• Event Management 

• Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required

 
Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (Spoken)

• Candidate who is responsible, cheerful, outgoing and proactive.

• Candidate who is meticulous, detail oriented and dedicated.

• Candidate who is looking for high exposure to different aspects of the profession.

• Candidate who is driven, responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful with strong analytical & problem solving skills.

• Candidate who is ready to build one of the greatest organizations with us!

• We welcome fresh graduate. No experience required. Training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office a must

• Knowledge in Photoshop, video-editing software will be an advantage
