Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review all applicable documents relating to the project implementation requirements, scope of work and conditions of contract.
  • Prepare work force resources, logistic, material and equipment planning to prepare construction schedule and timely delivery, including cost and formulate resource estimation for construction.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress tracking and prepare progress reports, updating progress curves, documents and promptly reports on schedule slippage/ variances.
  • Attend progress review meetings with project team members, relevant stakeholders and subcontractors on the project completion status against an established baseline.
  • Co-ordinate with Commercial and procurement team to review requisition prepared by engineering discipline create seamless construction process between construction and engineering project team members in order to achieve target schedule.
  • Implementing critical float path analysis to determine problem areas and alert the project team to critical scheduling issues.
  • Coordinate and validate schedules with cross functional team members and third party schedulers to update any changes to the master schedule to provide accurate reporting to the relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Min. 3-5 years Project Planning experience in Process plant Construction preferably in Water and Waste Industry.
  • Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of Primavera P6 software and MS Project.
  • Good knowledge of construction trades, work breakdown structure and the logical sequence of activities to optimise project schedule.
  • Knowledge and familiar with BIM 360 application is advantage.

  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5pm (Mon – Fri)
